Will StorePack slow down my store?
No. We connect through WooCommerce’s read-only REST API and sync data to our own infrastructure. There is no plugin, no JavaScript on your storefront, and no measurable load on your server.
Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?
No. StorePack connects via WooCommerce’s built-in REST API and Application Passwords — the same mechanism Stripe and Shopify Connect use. Nothing is added to your WordPress install.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest, isolated per workspace via Row-Level Security, and stored exclusively in EU regions. We sign DPAs on request and publish a threat model so you can audit our defenses yourself.
What if I have multiple stores?
Free and Growth cover one store. Pro covers up to 3. Scale covers up to 25 (more by request — agencies, talk to us). Switch between stores in one click, with isolated data and per-store team permissions.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every new signup starts on Pro for 14 days, automatically. No credit card. After 14 days you drop to Free unless you pick a paid plan. Your data stays put either way — Free keeps full read access to everything you connected.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates from Settings with scoped roles — owner, editor, or viewer. Every action is audit-logged and RLS-enforced so staff only see what they should.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts. Downgrade to Free with one click; your data stays put. Annual plans are pro-rated on cancellation. Billing runs through Paddle as merchant of record — local taxes handled, we never touch card data.
How is this different from a generic analytics tool?
Generic analytics tools stop at charts. StorePack combines analytics, orders, products, coupons, abandoned cart recovery, reviews, and a customer support inbox into one WooCommerce-native dashboard — with a real iOS and Android app. One subscription replaces six or seven paid plugins, so growing merchants save real money and stop juggling logins.
Does the mobile app have feature parity with web?
For day-to-day operations, yes: real-time analytics, order search, coupon application, refund approval, and customer replies. Heavier flows like bulk image editing live on web. The last 30 days of analytics are cached offline.
